"Delivery" means the delivery of the goods to the address specified on the order.

Website Content & pricing
We work very hard to ensure that the content on this website is correct. On the rare occasions that we oversell a product, your order may be subject to delay or alteration. Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, if there is a clear and obvious pricing error. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you the buyer, at the incorrect price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you the buyer, as a mis-pricing.
Delivery of Goods
Delivery charges vary based on your location and the delivery method chosen. You will be able to select and view delivery charges for the options available before any payment is made. Delivery times vary depending on the method you choose. We are not responsible for guaranteeing your delivery time, and all delivery times given are estimates and should be used as a general guide rather than a guaranteed date of arrival. We will deliver to the dispatch address provided by the consumer and we do not assume responsibility for lost or delayed goods when an incorrect delivery address is provided by the consumer. If packages sent by an express or international tracked service are refused by the customer, or returned due to non-payment of charges such as customs or import duty, any charges incurred by us may be deducted, at our discretion, from any refund later made for that order.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment for all goods is taken in full when the order is placed. Goods will not be sent out for delivery before payment clears in full. Payment by cheque or e-cheque may take up to 7 working days to clear and goods will not be dispatched until this payment clears in full. Payment is taken in full for pre-order items when the order is placed. You the buyer have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund prior to dispatch.
